Henry Fitz and 2 others being sued over Serwaa Amihere video

Ghanaian broadcaster and TV personality with GHOne TV, Serwaa Amihere is headed to court over the recent release of her intimate image on social media.

In a charge sheet, four counts of offences were raised against the accused including one Edem Saviour Ketti, 29, a filmmaker, Candy love Kwakyewaa Ababio, 31, a trader and Henry Amponsah who is said to be at large.

The counts include

Conspiracy to commit a crime namely non-consensual sharing of intimate images contrary to Section 23(1) of the Criminal Offences Act 1960 (Act 29) and Section 67 (1), (2) of the Cybersecurity Offences Act 2020, Act 1038.

Non-Consensual sharing of intimate images contrary to section 67(1) of the Cyber Security Act 2020, Act 1038.

Sexual exportation contrary to Section 66(1) of the Cyber Security Act 2020, Act 1038.

Sexual extortion contrary to Section 66(1) of the Cyber Security Act 2020 Act 1038.

A brief fact attached to the charge sheet indicates the accused succeeded in extorting GHC20,000 ransom from the complainant yet went ahead to release the nude video which has since gone viral.
