Pregnant Beyoncé & Jay Z Affectionately Kiss at Friend's Birthday Dinner

Baby bumps and birthday cake! Pregnant Beyoncé and Jay Z were spotted out showing PDA on Tuesday night during a friend's birthday party at Los Angeles hotspot, Beauty & Essex, a source tells ET.

"[The couple was] in the private dining room," the source recounts. "Beyoncé was glowing and couldn't stop smiling."

"[They] were affectionate," the source adds, noting that at one point, "he gave her a kiss ... they could tell people were looking at them, and they kinda laughed."

And of course, you can't bring your baby bump on an outing without a few people trying to say hello.
"A few people put their hand on her stomach, which Beyoncé didn't seem to mind," the source shares.

"Beyonce was seen chatting with Kelly Rowland for a bit ... Everyone at the dinner seemed to be comfortable with each other, and there was a relaxed vibe."

A Twitter video shows the couple smiling and signing "Happy Birthday" to their friend.
