John Dumelo loses mother
Ghanaian actor and politician John Dumelo has lost his mother, Mrs Antoinette Ama Ampomah Dumelo.
The mother died on Tuesday, August 15, 2023.
The actor shared the sad news of his loss on social media.
John Dumelo wrote;
“My heart is broken. My dear mother passed away peacefully yesterday….my number one supporter. Heaven has gained an angel.”
The sad news comes days after the actor was declared the Ayawaso West Wuogon constituency NDC parliamentary candidate for the 2024 general elections.
On January 5, 2022, John Dumelo celebrated her mother, Mrs Antoinette Ama Ampomah who turned 70 years.
In a post on Instagram, he wrote;
“Happy 70th Birthday to my mother, Mrs. Antoinette Ama Ampomah Dumelo. A proud Fante and Ashanti woman. Today, we celebrate you. Thank you for everything. God continue to bless you and give you long life and good health. Love u.”
