Iceberg Slim embarks on media tour, reveals why he shot his music video in Ghana

Nigerian musician, Iceberg Slim, who  has been on a media tour in Accra, has revealed in an interview that he shot the music video of ‘Oluwa’, his latest single in Cape Coast.

According to the rapper, he used the  famous Cape Coast Castle because of the overall message of the song, which is “God, help me break free so that I can receive my breakthrough”. The castle is synonymous with slaves that also prayed to be freed.

He also mentioned that the video was directed by multiple award-winning Ghanaian music video director, Gyo Gyimah of Phamous Philms.

Iceberg Slim couldn’t hide his love for Ghana. He added that he loves the people, the warm reception and the beautiful sceneries in the country.

He was asked about the famous ‘Ghana jollof’ and he shockingly said he hasn’t tasted Ghanaian jollof yet but he can’t wait to taste it. He said he would love to work with more Ghanaian artistes in addition to his  ‘Wave’ remix which featured Shatta Wale
