22-year-old teacher, Miriam Xorlasi Tordzeagbo is the proud winner of the 2022 edition of the Miss Ghana pageant. Miriam beat several other contestants to emerge ultimate winner.

19-year-old Rocklyn Elinam Krampah, who is a first-year student of University of Ghana was adjudged the first runner-up and Irene Vanessa Vifah, 27, also product of the University of Ghana, emerged second-runner-up.
