Nollywood Actress, Ada Ameh, Dies At 48

Popular Nigerian actress Ada Ameh has passed at age 48.

The actress is known for her role as Emu in Africa Magic family drama, The Johnsons. She died in delta state hospital. Reports say that she was wheeled to the hospital and declared dead on arrival. 

The actress died in warri, delta state around 11pm on Sunday. Ada was said to have been rushed to the National Petroleum corporation’s hospital where she was a guest of an oil company toy shop and suddenly collapsed. She was declared dead on arrival. 

Family and friends have been trooping in to see her remains at the hospital. 

24 hours before her demise Ada Ameh shares a video of herself and her family eating on her Instagram page. 

Nollywood stars have began to mourn the actress. 

Born may 15 1974,Ada Ameh was a Nigerian actress who spent more than two decades in the Nigerian movie industry and was most notable for her character as Anita in the 1996 movie titled Domitilla and as Emu Johnson in the award winning Nigerian television series titled The Johnsons.
