The 2021 edition of the EAP Africa Summit in Accra is focusing on the theme: “Mental Health in an Unequal World: The Role of EAP in Bridging the Cultural and Systemic Gaps in Organizations”.  A virtual event on Tuesday 12th of October 2021 at 9am GMT and streamed live via zoom video conferencing.

The EAP Africa summit will continue to raise awareness of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) in Africa championed by Supreme Healthcare Management Services. An organization with a traditional business model, based on the provision of wellness services to corporate organizations and individuals. The company specializes in the provision of EAP as a strategic work-based intervention program; which is designed to enhance the psychosocial wellbeing of all employees; and the wellbeing of the employer as a corporate client towards improved productivity of the workforce at large. The company has a diverse range of qualified professionals to support clients and their dependents.

This year’s virtual event promises to be even more insightful. The objective is to focus on the issues that perpetuate mental health inequalities in the workplace and support organizations in tackling these inequalities by bringing together various Key Stakeholders and practitioners of EAP.  As well as engage in dialogue about the use of EAP as an effective tool for optimizing productivity and mobilizing investment in improving employee’s health in this new era of work or the new normal.
