R. Kelly Threatened To Make People Go “Missing” After Sex Abuse Claims

More disturbing details have surfaced about R. Kelly, and this time, they have taken an even darker turn.

During the singer’s ongoing sex abuse trial, his former employee Cheryl Mack testified on Friday that Kelly hinted at making people who turn on him disappear. Mack said she worked for the “Same Girl” star in 2005 as a talent manager and scout and then in 2013 as an assistant before helping on his 2014 “Black Panties” tour.

In 2009 one of Mack’s clients, identified as “Precious,” who was working with Kelly on her music, abruptly stopped. Kelly then called Mack to his home to inform her that 17-year-old Precious was filing a sexual harassment lawsuit against him. He demanded that his employee pick a side and warned that “people come up missing” when sexual assault claims were brought against him.

Mack instantly felt that Kelly was threatening her. Soon after, his lawyer, Ed Genson, gave her a document to sign stating that she never witnessed the singer give anyone alcohol or make them perform sex acts. She was later told that Precious’s legal claim had been “resolved.”

Despite these red flags, Mack went on to work with the star years later. She says that she quit for good in 2015 after Kelly became irate at a Connecticut McDonald’s, accusing her of ruining a birthday surprise that he had planned for his stylist.
