On March 1, 2021, Foster was unveiled as the new host of Starr Drive on Accra-based Starr FM by the Chief Executive Officer of EIB Network, Nat Kwabena Adisi, aka Bola Ray. 

Foster holds a diploma in broadcast journalism from Trans Africa University College and B.A.C communication from the Christian service university. He has been active in broadcasting and entertainment for over a decade and also the founder of Lead at BlackAsh Services, a public relations firm.
