Ghanaian Entrepreneur, Alloysius Attah Named Among Bloomberg’s 2021 Catalysts
These ‘Catalysts’ are individuals who have been recognized for creating true impact at the cutting edge of technology and policy – across borders, in emerging economies and beyond – to build a more equitable and sustainable global future.
Alloysius co-founded Farmerline with Emmanuel Addai in 2013, and started with 800 farmers across Ghana.
Today, the organization has worked with over 70 partners, 600,000 farmers and mapped over 1 million acres across 25 African countries.
His current focus in Farmerline is on fundraising and strategic partnership development.
As a 2021 Catalyst, Alloysius will participate in the Bloomberg New Economy Catalyst conversation on June 30, 2021, to explore, debate and share with the world what’s next in the fields of climate, agriculture, biotech, e-commerce and digital money.
The forum will be hosted by Michael R. Bloomberg, along with Honorary Chair Dr Henry A. Kissinger and Chair Henry M. Paulson Jr. 400 of the world’s most influential business executives, heads of state, innovators, and academics will gather at the forum in Singapore, from November 16 to 19, 2021.
Glad to announce the first Bloomberg New Economy Catalysts, a group of entrepreneurs, scientists, and policymakers from around the world taking on urgent challenges, including climate change. #BloombergCatalysts https://t.co/3RURyXxwNB pic.twitter.com/33EdbESxiT
