The Cake Fair 2019 offers free master classes at La Palm Royal Beach Hotel; register now

Following the announcement of the 2019 edition of The Cake Fair earlier this year, organizers opened registration for cake business owners and cake equipment suppliers to participate in the annual event.

And as part of fulling the promise of making The Cake Fair 2019 another unforgettable sweet experience, Yellow October Events and VoiceAds (organizers of the event) will host two Master Class sessions on the event day.

The free baking Master Class, seeks to equip cake lovers with tips and tricks on how to make all types of sugar flowers, how to handle, colour and use florist paste, how to use tools such as veiners, wires and other equipment to make flowers look as realistic as possible.

Instructor, Kendinchoon, will lead the master class in two sessions between 12pm-1:30pm and 3pm-4:30pm on Saturday August 3, 2019.

Wilmar's Fortune Margarine will also be offering a free master class on how to bake cake and cookies with their margarine at the event.

La Palm Royal Beach Hotel will host The Cake Fair 2019 from 9am to 7pm, which promises to be exceptionally different, serving extraordinary vegan cakes as well as gluten-free cakes targeted at vegetarians, while participating students will also have the opportunity to exhibit their handiwork for free.
