Archie christening photos: Meghan Markle and Prince Harry share official pictures

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have given the world another glimpse of their little boy by sharing beautiful photos from his christening .

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were joined by other members of the royal family for in Windsor today.

The couple broke from royal tradition by keeping the event completely private, not inviting the media to stand outside the chapel and take snaps of them arriving and leaving.

However they have now released official pictures from the day taken by photographer Chris Allerton, who took the couple's personal wedding photos .

The "small private" ceremony was led by the Archbishop of Canterbury and is believed to have been attended by about 25 people.

Earlier today Kate and William were seen driving into Windsor in their car, but it looked like they have left Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis at home.

The Duke and Duchess of Cornwall flew in to Windsor Castle in a private helicopter.

Harry and William's former nanny Tiggy Legge-Bourke was also seen driving into the castle.

Tiggy, who now lives on Glanusk Estate in Wales, cared for Princes William and Harry in the nineties and retired from her royal role in 1999 when she married former British army officer Charles Pettifer.

The couple's decision not to have media outside the event disappointed many fans who had been looking forward to seeing more relaxed photos of the couple.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge let a small group of photographers and a camera crew stand outside the chapel to get shots of them before the service.

They then released the official photos, just as Meghan and Harry have, a few days later.

Meghan and Harry also decided not to release the names of the people they have chosen to be Archie's godparents.

They said this was "in keeping with their wishes".

However there has been speculation that two of Meghan's university friends - Lindsey Roth and Genevieve Hillis - may be on the list after they were spotted at Wimbledon with the Duchess on Thursday.

The three women looks casual and relaxed as they watched Serena Williams play in the second round of the competition.

They show intimate moments from the special day, including Harry's journey to the church with his brother including a number of Chris Allerton's unseen wedding snaps on their Instagram page to mark their first wedding anniversary back in May.
