Tyler Perry buys a $350k house for his former staff's mum
Tyler Perry has gifted a house to the mother of a woman he worked with nearly 20 years ago.
The actor/filmmaker paid $350,000 for a home in Georgia which he gave to the ailing mother of LaShun Pace, who worked alongside Tyler on a play all the way back in 1999.

Tyler and LaShun stayed in touch ever since they worked on a play Perry wrote and co-produced two decades ago. When Tyler learned Lashun's mother, Bettie Pace had fallen ill and her dying wish was to own a home big enough for her large family, he bought a property close to where the Paces were born and raised in Atlanta.
In a video shared online, the Paces can be seen rejoicing as they
arrived at the house and signed the papers. Bettie Pace was moved to
tears and praised God. She also thanked Tyler Perry for his generosity
before cutting the ribbon and getting wheeled into the house.
This wouldn't be the first time Tyler is being very generous. Earlier
this year, he moved Tiffany Haddish to tears when he gifted her a brand
new car.
Below is the emotional video of the Paces moving into their new house.
