MUSIGA announces Top 20 songs of 2017 – See Full List
The Musicians Union of Ghana has, at a press soiree held on Friday January 12, published the 20 most-played songs of 2017.
Compiled via “real-time airplay detection from radio stations across
Ghana”, the chart sees RuffTown chanteuse Ebony’s “Sponsor” at the
pinnacle, having been played 2425 times in the year under review. The
song is followed closely by Wutah’s “Bronya” with 2101 plays, whiles
KiDi’s “Odo” comes in third with 2083 spins.
Other popular joints which feature on the list are Patapaa’s “One
Corner”, Kuami Eugene’s “Angela”, Samini’s “My Own”, as well as songs
from Shatta Wale, and Stonebwoy.
