After weeks of speculations, Kim Kardashian has confirmed that she and Kanye West are expecting their third child via a surrogate.

The revelation was made in a teaser for the new season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. In the clip, Kim confirms to Khloe that she and Kanye are having a baby.
