Zylofon boss donates $10,000 to highlife icon Jewel Ackah

The CEO of Zylofon Media, Nana Appiah Mensah has given a whopping $10,000 support package for veteran singer, Jewel Ackah. 

The highlife icon on disclosed on Peace FM that the NDC used him for campaign and subsequently abandoned him when he felt sick.

Jewel Ackah’s career is believed to have suffered gravely after he meddled in politics and has since not been able to make any impact in the music industry.



Jewel’s sorrowful story caught the attention of Zylofon Media boss, who donated $10,000 to him.

This act of kinds from the CEO of Zylofon Media, comes on the heels of reports regarding the operations of Menzgold, a company also owned by him.

Jewel Ackah composed the NDC anthem, “Arise Arise’” in the year 2008. The highlife icon was one of the many musicians who popularized highlife music in the 1980s and 1990s.
