 Let’s read the poem first :

LOVE

That feeling that ranges from interpersonal affection to pleasure, 

Its an emotion of strong affection and personal  attachment

Even philosophers of love say what they know but never know what they say about this feeling

Yes. Love means more than we think and know

The nature of love is not just mere romance 

If that was the case ,the holy book wouldn’t have said God is love because God has no wife

That feeling of that can’t explain itself

Its shuts the lips of a man down when he meets his soul mate making him speechless of no words.

 Love should have been a feeling that should glue the heart and create bonds with our minds

I wish the Genesis of Love 

Could make us the exodus of men that we could

Remember our love in Leviticus when we used to love from Numbers to the 

Alphabets of Deuteronomy. Oh yes!

I am waiting for the time when a shark will save a drowning man

A cat kissing  a mouse

A tiger eating with a deer

And a giant snake playing with a kid

This should have been the Genesis of love 

If love still existed in our hearts, the world would have been a better place today.

Love is not an attitude, Its a feeling 

I mean a strong affection

If love still exist, there would have been nothing like a poor man and a rich man ,

A happy man or a sad man

Because we would always love to help one another

There would have been nothing like a mad man

These people aren’t mad

They just need love

Let’s show them some love

Today our generation has it own version of love 

I call it lust and infatuation

It comes in  flash and vanishes  like a mist.

A lot of divorce in marriage, mob actions here and there, people cheating  on their neighbours

Because the commandment of love have been thrown away.

What God has yoked together, let’s no man tear apart but we have thrown the yolk away and we expect the albumen to make itself a yolk.

May God forgive us all

Let’s all realise that

L-O-V-E, LOVE

Is not just a four letter word.

It means a lot.
