Justin Bieber Shares Childhood Pic, Heartfelt 23rd Birthday Message: 'I Want to be a Better Man'

Justin Bieber is getting reflective at 23 years old. The Purpose singer took to Instagram on his birthday on Wednesday with a sweet throwback picture, along with a heartfelt message for how he's hoping to change in the next year.

"It's my birthday and all I want is to be a better friend, better brother, better son and and better man," Bieber wrote.

Always good to focus on self improvement!

It wasn't all reflection for Bieber though, who also celebrated his big day with an ATV, sharing a picture to Instagram, writing, "Got some air on my bday."

Meanwhile, Bieber's manager, Scooter Braun, wished him well, tweeting, "To another 23 years...keep shining your light onto the world . #jb23 #mybrother happy birthday @justinbieber."
