Kim Kardashian West's Party for Kanye's Homecoming and Saint's 1st Birthday

It's been a rough few months, but the West family is happy to put their most recent trauma behind them. After being hospitalized for exhaustion in November, Kanye West was released and sent home Wednesday. To celebrate, the musician's reality star wife, Kim Kardashian West, who "barely left his side" during the week long medical emergency, threw a small party at their home. 

The laid-back gathering, which was attended by the rest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan, also served as an early birthday party for the couple's son Saint, who turns one on Dec. 5. E! reports that the group enjoyed cake and doughnuts beneath a festive display of silver and blue balloons which Kardashian's sisters Khloe, Kylie and Kourtney all documented via Snapchat.

West has not commented publicly on his hospitalization, but he plans to continue his treatment on an outpatient basis, notes E!. The Grammy-winning rapper was admitted to a Los Angeles hospital on Nov. 21 after a string of in-concert outbursts that culminated in the cancellation of the remainder of his Saint Pablo tour.

A source tells E! that Saint and the couple's 3-year-old daughter North "are very happy and don't really have any idea what's happening with their dad."
