Kanye West not leaving the hospital yet

A week after an apparent breakdown led to Kanye West's hospitalization, he reportedly remains at UCLA Medical Center, despite initial plans for a Monday, Nov. 28, discharge. 

According to TMZ, the rapper is not believed to be in stable condition yet, so doctors changed their minds about releasing him into his physician's care. 

The website also reports Yeezus is suffering from extreme paranoia -- a detail that's in sync with Us Weekly's claim that he's suffered from nightmares ever since Kim Kardashian West was robbed at gunpoint in Paris. As for Kim, both sites confirm she's remained by her husband's side ever since he was hospitalized for exhaustion following a series of outbursts of erratic behavior.
