Kanye West Won't Go to the Grammys if Frank Ocean's Not Nominated

The Grammys might be missing a Kanye West appearance this year: The rapper said during a Saturday show that he won't attend the awards show if Frank Ocean doesn't nab any nominations for his recently released albumsEndless and Blonde.

According to a rep for the Grammys, neither of Ocean's albums were submitted for consideration despite both being released well before the Sept. 30 eligibility cut-off date. (The visual album Endless arrived Aug. 19, while Blonde dropped Aug. 20.) Therefore, he is no longer eligible -- but West seems to think there's still a chance Ocean could get a nomination.

"I'll tell you this right now, if his album is not nominated in no categories, I'm not showing up to the Grammys," West said Saturday. "As artists, we've got to come together to fight the bull----."

West's not the only fan of Ocean's latest: Blonde, the musician's first studio album since 2012's Channel Orange, debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and also fared well with critics. Read EW's own review here, and check out a video of West talking about Ocean and the Grammys here
